Correspondence exchanged with extended family members by Dr Fay Millsom in the course of her genealogical research into e.g. the Liseching, Howard, Leonard and Weston families, as well as other historical research.

Also contains copies of her funeral notice; a notice regarding the Fay L Millsom Research Fellowship established by her son, Rory Millsom; a letter from Sanlam Properties after the demolition of the old President Hotel in Sea Point regarding the preservation of the brass handles of the Lieschingsaal, which had commemorated the work and the garden of the Liesching progenitor on the site; and the birth certificate of Sydney Edgar Millsom, 1876.
