This map of Northern Cape, South Africa (and sections of Namibia and Botswana) displays preliminary results of land usage and occupancy data derived from interviews cconducted during the Cultural Resource Audit between 1997 and April 2001. The map includes various points of cultural significance in the South African section of the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park including settlements, waterholes and routes through the desert.
