Transcript of interview with Ruth Cohen of Johannesburg. Born in London in 1916. Both parents born in England. Family immigrated to South Africa in 1923, but father (Abner Cohen) had spent some years previously in South Africa. Father was a company promoter in England; in South Africa he became a hotel owner in the Free State. Interviewee was an E.E.G. technician. Interviewer: Madge Clingman.
