Transcript of interview with Bertha Goldblatt of Cape Town. Born in 1905 in Russia and immigrated to South Africa with her parents in 1910. Lived in Tulbagh, Calvinia and Montagu before moving to Cape Town in 1958. Father was a produce merchant. She was initially a bookkeeper and then helped in her husband's general dealership business.
