Transcript of interview with Benjamin Goldberg of Cape Town. Born in 1902 in Dublin, Ireland. Immigrated to South Africa with parents in 1902. Spent most of life in Zimbabwe (then Rhodesia), from 1909 to 1981, initially as a prospector, then an articled clerk and subsequently a lawyer. Served as an M.P. and cabinet minister in the government of the Federation of Rhodesia and Nyasaland. Interviewer: Eva Horwitz.
