Transcript of interview with Ralph Fisher of Cape Town. Born in Cape Town in 1909. Father, a tailor, was born in Vilna and mother in Kutno in Poland and both lived in the United Kingdom before immigrating to South Africa. He was a bookkeeper in Touwsriver, 1931 to 1933, and then in Johannesburg until 1951 before becoming a company director in Cape Town. Interviewer: Eva Horwitz.
