Transcript of interview with Charles Brener of Cape Town, born Tzemech Brener in Kupershik, Lithuania, in 1910. Immigrated to South Africa in 1920. Was a lawyer. In South Africa, lived in Ladismith, Riversdale, Calitzdorp and Cape Town. Was a member of the Goodwood Hebrew Congregation; later of the Green and Sea Point Hebrew Congregation.
