Transcript of interview with Disraeli Simamowitz of Cape Town. Born in Poland in 1901. Immigrated to South Africa in 1912. Father was a rabbi and shopkeeper. Lived in Oudtshoorn from 1912 to 1943 and settled permanently in Cape Town from 1943. He was the manager of a department store in Oudtshoorn and an antique dealer in Cape Town. Interviewer: Eva Horwitz.
