Transcript of interview with Philip Seligson of Cape Town. Born in Lithuania in 1894. Immigrated to South Africa in 1908. Father was a pedlar and immigrated to South Africa before the rest of the family. Lived in Bethlehem, Free State, from 1908 to 1910 and again from 1917 to 1973, before settling permanently in Cape Town. He was a shopkeeper. Interviewer: Eva Horwitz.
