Transcript of interview with Naomi Medallie of Cape Town. Born in Stellenbosch in 1924. Parents were born in Lithuania and immigrated to South Africa where they married in 1910. Father was a factory owner and mother a matron at a hospital. Lived in Stellebosch until 1946, then Bloemfontein from 1946 to 1983, settling permanently in Muizenberg, Cape, from 1983.
