Transcript of interview with Samuel Kluk of Cape Town. Born in Russia in 1903. Father owned a spinning factory. Immigrated to South Africa with his father in 1925, other members of his family immigrating later. Interviewee lived in Concordia, Namaqualand from 1925 to 1932, where he was a shop assistant, later manager, then settled permanently in Cape Town, where he was a shop keeper.
