Transcript of interview with Beno Jacobson of Cape Town. Born in Latvia in 1907. Immigrated to South Africa in 1926. Father was a farmer, shopkeeper and factory owner. Interviewee owned a general dealer's store in Upington (1926 to 1968) and in Cape Town (1968-1982). Interviewer: Eva Horwitz.
