Transcript of first interview with Dr Maurice Immerman of Cape Town. Born in Latvia in 1896 and immigrated to South Africa with his parents in 1906. Father was a shopkeeper and traveller. Interviewee was a dentist. Lived in Koffiefontein, Middelburg, Douglas and Ficksburg before settling permanently in Cape Town in 1922. Interviewer: L Robinson.
