This German army field postcard depicts a photograph of a forest near Tuganowitschi, Belarus. At the back, there is a handwritten description by Bernhard Schragenheim, noting the significance of this spot as the position of the 4th Company of Regiment 48 near Tuganowitschi, Belarus, possibly between November 1915 and April 1917.
