A facsimile of a letter from Bernhard Schragenheim to his son Julian which includes both a personal message to his son Julian who was enlisted in the South African armed forces, and a typed extract of a newspaper article entitled 'Demobilisation of ex-students', Star, 19 June 1945. Julian secured a government loan and grant for continuation of his studies.
