Scope and content
This list of deportees liberated from Ebensee concentration camp in Austria emerged out of efforts in Paris to distribute information related to displaced persons in France. Information listed includes name, city of origin and citizenship (including 'stateless'). The list also provides information about those liberated whom had left, or were about to depart, for Palestine, on the July 3rd convoy from Marseille, as well as the number of Jews left at Ebensee (1000) by 8 June 1945. The list is stamped by the Relatives Information Service on 27 December 1945. Some of the names are crossed out.
