Compiled on 4 June 1945, this document lists survivors recovering in Hillersleben in Germany. It also serves a dual purpose in providing 55 individual annotations for messages to be distributed to family members overseas, including the US, Palestine, Uruguay, and Switzerland with assurances or queries about the well being of family.
The list is also stamped by the Relatives Information Service on 22 November 1946.
