The list provides details related to Jewish survivors situated in Lithuania, Ukraine (Zap Ukraina), Bellorussia, and Romania (Roumania). The list was compiled by the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee per the South African Jewish War Appeal. Details provided include the name, address, numbers related to lists and serial numbers categorising the individual survivors, as well as remarks for individual survivors, including information related to planned destinations. The list is stamped by the Relatives Information Service on 15 March 1946.
