This publication contains details of the final Supreme Court Judgement regarding the trial between Reverend A.Levy and Johannes von Strauss von Moltke (leader of the South African Gentile Socialists and of the South-west African Greyshirts), Harry Victor Inch (Eastern Cape leader of the Greyshirts) and David Hermanus Olivier (owner of Rapport newspaper and Greyshirt sympathiser). Levy accused the defendants of defamation for distributing antisemitic material sourced from the 'Protocols of the Elders of Zion'. The Supreme Court determined that the 'Protocols' was a forgery.
