A Copy of 'Pernkopf's Atlas' by Eduard Pernkopf who was a High ranking Austrian National Socialist. His books are considered to be a scientific and artistic masterpiece. However, It has been the subject of investigations by Yad Vashem and other institution to determine whether or not Pernkopf used concentration prisoners or political prisoners condemned to death to render his drawings.
