Deed of Transfer dated 28th November 1901, in favour of Mahomed Shaboodeen, of a certain piece of land being Lots 15 to 22 in­clusive Block L of the subdivided farm "Doornhoogte" granted to Coenraad Fredrik Leibbrandt on the 10th September 1818 situate in the Cape Division Field Cornetcy of Downs No.1.

Deed of Transfer dated 11th June 1902, in favour of Fredrik Simon Smit, of a certain piece of land situate in the Cape Division at Woodstock, being portion E of Lots 1 to 14 and 17 Block A of the Walmer Estate.
