The provenance is unknown, but the papers appear to be those of Dr Charles H Luke. Most of the papers constitute records of the Health Services Commission (see Access points and Description control area below for further information about the Commission). The contents of a separate fonds BC333, which consisted of Memoranda submitted to the Commission, have been incorporated into this collection.
