Scope and content
This collection is focussed on land issues, primarily in Namaqualand. It consists of two series. Series A comprises cases and other matters worked on by Kobus Pienaar, Regional Director of the LRC's Cape Town Office, prior to his untimely death in 2011. Series B is a resource collection focussing on land reform; it comprises an array of resources such as submissions, papers, articles, conferences, workshops, and reports related to land legislation and land reform in South Africa.
